All products purchased via this website:- https://www.originalglory.co.uk are sold by Original Glory Limited of 29 St John’s Street, Devizes Wiltshire SN10 1BN.

IS LOCAL PICKUP AVAILABLE?

Absolutely! Please choose free ‘Click & Collect’ at checkout. If your items are in stock your order will be ready for collection straight away, during opening hours, or if ordered after closing, the following day at 8am (9am on Saturday, Closed Sunday/Bank Holidays).

If your Farrow & Ball item is not currently available from stock in Devizes, we will acquire these for you on our next scheduled delivery from the manufacturers at which point free local pickup will be available. We will contact you as soon as your items are available for collection. Please contact us for an estimated availability date if required, although this is generally 2-7 working days. Should you require an Annie Sloan product which is out of stock please call to receive an expected availability date.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TERMS?

Our standard delivery charge is £5.95 (incl. VAT). Orders of £100 and over are dispatched free of charge.

Where available and in stock your item will be dispatched same day via courier from our Devizes showroom with a delivery estimate of 2-3 working days. If your items are not currently available from stock in Devizes, we will instruct the manufacturer to dispatch your items directly to you. Delivery estimates on non-stocked items are also 2-3 working days. Please be aware these are delivery estimates only and circumstances out of our control might delay your order. We will communicate any known delays as soon as possible. Please ensure you make allowances for rare unexpected delays when securing paint for pre-booked decorator appointments.

Being an environmentally conscious retailer, where possible we recycle and reuse packaging so the branding on the box you receive may be different to the contents inside. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

We make every effort to ensure your items arrive to you undamaged and in perfect condition. Due to the nature of products we sell there may on occasion be some damage made in transit. Minor dents and paint tin compressions can occur. If these rare instances do occur please be assured that the contents will be completely unaffected and is safe to use. Should the damage be more substantial rendering your purchase unusable please notify by email to info@originalglory.co.uk, with accompanying photos, within 24 hours of receipt of goods for a replacement.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

Once dispatched, you have 14 days from order date in which to return any unwanted items for refund with valid proof of purchase. You will be liable for return carriage and we would recommend insuring your return for loss and damage. On receipt of your return we will inspect and if in a resellable condition issue your refund.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

We are open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Saturday 9am-5pm. Sunday/Bank Holiday Closed. We also close between Christmas and New Year. Any orders placed during this time will be dealt with at New Year reopening.
